Returns Eligibility

Time Frame

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that any damage caused to items after they have been received by the customer are not eligible for return.

All of our clothing is thoroughly inspected and photographed before it is sent out. We will never send out a faulty item

How to return your item

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us via our contact form on the website within the 14-day window to start the return process.

Please include;

• Your Name

• Address       

• Email

• Reason for return                                    

Once you have done this we will contact you with a return address. 

2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged.

3. Shipping: Please note customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
